Use your organizational and detail skills to examine office processes, identify how they might fail, or how they might be made more effective/efficient, and see what ideas you can come up with. Ni-dom/aux don't have a monopoly on this kind of activity, and your suggetions might be more readily applicable, as well as more palatable to your office.
I agree with this but I've run into issues here and there with anything labeled "anticipatory" or even using the word. The only thing I could figure out is that it sounds controlling, although I don't agree. Using information about what works and what doesn't should be able to provide at least some basis for anticipatory action, especially when it comes to efficiency and effectiveness.

I also agree with the idea of cross training for a possible or anticipated reason ( shorthanded, big project, busy time of year) but this can be viewed as pushy too.

In the end, having ideas and suggestions, even if they're not used, will show initiative. I know that's kind of a buzzwordy phrase but it seems to be taken better than anticipatory, at least in my experience.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

Being proactive: just basically be aware of potential issues and plan ahead and take action as far in advance as is needed for each situation. I don't see why this should be a problem for Te doms since this is your specialty. Are ENTJ's better at planning ahead than ESTJ's?

You can systematize it by thinking ahead and writing down what things you need to be proactive about, along with dates and times. You could put this info on a board or journal.
Do this as frequently as is needed, like maybe once a day.

The word "anticipatory" was for EJCC, not her management. In any case, if her management has a problem with employees trying to anticipate what might go wrong or where there might be an opportunity to improve, she has more problems than trying to figure out how to address the critique of the manager she mentioned.

i've been told sometimes i'm too proactive. but then i reckon it's about thinking what the mission is, and then meeting it. and always find ways to implement this. Say if one is a travel agent. this means getting more sales, writing better copy/online content, advertising new locations, etc.
Good result (vs. Soton)...still have to go #Arsene

Tengo los conocimientos estardiar....no hay un motivo para estar al tanto de la reunión que sucedió hace mucho tiempo ....
