Online Degrees in Counseling Psychology

Does anyone have recommendations for good, accredited online programs in counseling psychology? I don't know if I will ever be in a position financially to take a new career route, but this would be a good thread to have on a psychology related forum for others interested as well.

Does anyone know of any programs based in Canada? (somewhat random question, but part of me would rather live in Canada)

Lately I've been thinking of trying out a psychology course at the Open University. I googled up a bit about this university and it seems like quite a recognised and accredited university, it's actually in Wikipedia and their programs over there are also world wide.
And the school fees is also quite affordable too, it's only around 2k.

The APA would have all the accredited programs. Online may be the way to go if there aren't accredited programs in Canada but I'm sure there are.
