Undergrad student in Criminal Justice.
Either want to pursue Law or Forensics.
Forensics leans closer to biology / chemistry though. :/

I'm still a student, but I'll try to reach into the future and scout my plans:

Type: INFJ
Major: Fall 2011 I'll hopefully be majoring in Psychology in Scotland!
Job: student, as of now
Career: will hopefully work as an educational psychologist... I'm taking a year off after I graduate this spring to do volunteer work and travel. :)

Job: well...I have been working in publishing for two years, always temp or contract jobs (the last one was Managing Editor, which was in the Editorial dept of a major children's publisher, but was mainly administrative.) Now I'm semi-employed, because my contract ended...doing a bit of casual work for the same company and trying to get a permanent job somewhere, still in the field...
Ideal career: possibly a commissioning editor in literary fiction or non-fiction...or a successful writer! I have done a fair amount of freelance writing and published some educational children's books. But unfortunately the writing seems to be a much less major part of my life than it used to be...it didn't pay much and I guess I am not quite driven enough...

This is where I am now.

There was an Environmental Studies major at my uni that had many interesting sounding classes, but I always thought it was a broad, kind of BS major. I majored in mechanical engineering, found myself in front of a computer 24/7, and quit not wanting to waste my 20s in an office. Do ES majors typically go on to grad school? Become land use planners? Forest rangers? Who hires them?

When you find a paying job that allows you to be outdoors 50% of the time AND includes world travel where you spend a decent amount of time in each place, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT IT IS! This has been my dream for probably the last 10 years or so. I am still trying to figure it out.
