How do you get a minimum wage job?

I would support just asking around. If you are old enough to have a job, a friend/family member should be able to put in a good enough word to get you a minimum wage job.

This is the stupidest advice I've ever heard. Yea, lie about everything and turn out to be the jerk that gets a job with no REAL qualifications.

I thought the point was to get a part time job while going to school? It has nothing to do with qualifications and once you have the job, it is all about how well you get along with your coworkers and a lesser extent, how well you do the job (be within 1 SD of the norm). No one cares how you got the job when you are there.
