German is like poetry... so beautiful... please keep typing, LL. :)

I thought I was the only one I knew who liked German. Everyone else I ask seems to think they're always swallowing something while talking. Maybe I've been listening to too much Eisbrecher? (also does 'vergissmeinnicht' mean 'forget-me-not?')

(Saksankieli on parempi kuin Ruotsenkieli. Se on homomainen :D)

Ich habe eine problem (I hope that is grammatically correct).

I am finding I am having trouble focusing on my class for German (it is not a very put together site, imo. Well, not good for people like me). This is affecting my capacity to understand the language! So I decided to dig up this thread and ask you guys who speak Deutsch:

What are some rules that are really helpful to remember?

How the hell do I do past tense for different things (people, houses, etc haha)

How do I use adjectives to successfully describe people, things, groups, etc (like she is interesting, he is busy, etc)

Sorry if that is vague, I am just having some trouble.
