Time to fess up people, how are your interview skills? Are yours weak? Strong? I'd say my skills are strong for someone my age.

Mine are weak as fuck. I can't answer questions well, I'm too honest and can't promote myself at all, and I'm horrible at speaking.

The only reason I got my current job was due to my resume exactly fitting their requirements. My interviewer, who happened to be the CEO of the company, half-assedly did the interview because she was sure she was going to hire me even before that.

I haven't interviewed for a job in over 8 years. I imagined I'd be way better now than I was back then. I'd most want to go on an interview just to see how I'd do.

I don't know what having good interview skills means. I always found them to be pretty boring and often pointless. I cut a number of 'em short, too...a lotta "let me stop you right there." The best interview is to throw down a gauntlet. Show me what you can do, not what you can say.

In what, programming/sales? I don't see how that can be applied to every occupation.

I apparently have pretty high charisma, but not enough to do anything without effort. People tend to like my attitude/personality upon first contact... even if I don't want them to.
