I don't know a ton of ENTJs ironically, but the few I've met have been pretty ok. I had a pharmacology teacher this semester who I think was likely an ENTJ and she was pretty competent and cool (as well as talented at teaching her subject).

I'm not "pure" STEM so to speak, but I don't think I've met many ENTJs in public health. We could use some more, considering how effectively we need to marshal resources in this profession, wherever we work. I have a friend who's an ENTJ 8w9 in my major, but she wants to be a dermatologist. The one professor I had who I do suspect was an ENTJ was my Emergency Management and Preparedness professor; a veterinarian by background who's worked on many animal rescue operations in natural disasters. Really cool lady.
