You're the SCHOOLYARD BULLY!
The Schoolyard Bully is a villain, who exists in a lot of people's lives. S/he's the toughest kid in the neighbourhood who bosses people around either verbally insulting, or resorting to violence. The Schoolyard Bully's aspiration is to be respected by everyone else, even if they did it because they fear him. Deep down inside, however, the Schoolyard Bully is not evil, but quite insecure about himself/herself. S/he thinks the only way to be accepted by others is to control them, and keeping them from hurting him/her by hurting them first.
Strengths: Aggressiveness. The Schoolyard Bully thinks attack is the best defense, and resorts to violence or immature name-calling whenever s/he can.
Weaknesses: Emotions. The Schoolyard Bully is still just a human with human weaknesses and emotions that can be hurt just as bad as anyone else's.
Famous Schoolyard Bullies: Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter, Nelson from the Simpsons.

If you ever became a fictional villain, you'd be the Schoolyard Bully because you want to be looked up to, but wrongly try to obtain other people's respect in the expense of the ones who get in your way by making them seem worse than you in a way or another, though you might not be fully aware of it yourself. To avoid this, just try to put yourself in the position of the people you feel the need to bully and ask yourself how, exactly, are you in any way superiour enough to judge anyone at all.
