How long has this been going on? My son had that for several days, except the headache was severe - right behind his eyebrow. It doesn't happen every morning, but on some days, I'll wake up with a slight headache, or feeling somewhat nauseated; almost disorientated. Why is this? Is there any way I can stop it?

Do you regularly have caffeine?
I still think it's post nasal drip while you're sleeping.Bloody hell, I didn't expect this much coverage.
1) I'm a guy, so I'm obviously not pregnant
2) They're very temporary; the nausea stays for about five minutes, then goes (not long enough to be serious, but still long enough to be concerned about), and the head aches normally no more than ten minutes (normally five)
I eat regular amounts every day, but sometimes I'll skip a few meals and eat irregularly (for example, I'll get up and eat nothing for three or four hours - once I got up at 1pm and didn't eat until 7pm).

Take an antihistamine/decongestant tonight[...]
Do you have allergies, or do you live in a place where spring has sprung?
1. Dehydration
2. Hypoglycemia
3. Sleep apnea (as mentioned already)
4. Effects of or withdrawal from alcohol, caffeine, nicotine
5. Low levels of carbon monoxide in your room
6. Brain tumor, seizures, or other neurological causes
I'm not sure if you're joking, but seeing as you're an ENTJ, you're probably not. What is this?
What are these?
I don't have an allergies. What's this about spring?
What are two and three? And how do you get more carbon monoxoide to stay in your room?
