I added some chicken, and did eat a banana, but still too low on the protein and potassium!
On a positive note, these changes in my eating habits which result from the use of this calculator have immensely improved my workouts. I felt soooo good after working out today, it is amazing.
Another day down and still feeling really good. Workout went very well today. Got higher with the protein, but I'm not sure if this ratio is realistic without getting a majority of my food from processed supplements. I've given up on the potassium.
