Hey guys,

This is my first time posting in this forum after months of lurking. So I've been typed as an INTP, INFP, ISFP and INTJ, and even after months of studying the functions, I can't seem to figure out my type. So I've answered Chaotic Harmony's and Mayflower's questionnaires. And hopefully you guys would be able to help me, so here goes.

Chaotic Harmony's Questionnaire:

1. Which would come out on top in a battle... Zombies, Vampires, or Werewolves? And why?

Werewolves probably, because they work in packs. Vampires are obviously more powerful and smarter, but they're super power-hungry and I feel like they would stab each other in the back for personal gain. Then again, it depends on what kind of monsters they are, which folklore they're based on, etc. Either way, zombies just wouldn't last in my opinion.

2. What is your idea of the perfect day?

Sleeping in, taking a super long hot shower, online shopping, spending time with my sister, just talking long walks everywhere (especially the beach) and listening to music, going to the movies really late and then finally going back home at like 4 am.

3. What really is the correct way to pronounce potato and tomato?

I mean, as long as I know what the other person's talking about, does it really matter?

4. If you could live anywhere, where would you live (doesn't have to be a real place)?

Somewhere far away from where I grew up. Away from most of the people I know. I feel like Iceland's a really beautiful place. Maybe Amsterdam, Madrid, Copenhagen, maybe on some island.

5. What changes would you make if you were president/king/emperor/ruler of the world?

I wouldn't be prepared to accept that sort of responsibility. Maybe abolish hunting, create more wildlife sanctuaries and botanical gardens. Do a lot for zoological and botanical conservation basically. Promote awareness of environmental changes due to global warming. Then for people, provide free healthcare, free and compulsory education up till 18 years, abolish tax breaks etc.

6. Using only words that start with the letter S, describe yourself.

Shy, sweet, socially awkward, sardonic, self-possessed

7. If you could be a member of the opposite sex for one day...what would you do?

Jack off. Alternatively, kick myself in the balls, just to see how much it actually hurts.

8. What is your biggest pet peeve?

Loud people. People who leave the door open. People who don't respect other people's need for privacy. People who refuse to listen to other points of view. People who think that just because they're "nice," the world owes them everything.

9. If you could have any animal for a pet, what would it be?

ALL OF THEM. I would live in a forest if I could.

10. Are you a night owl or an early bird?

Night owl.

Mayflower's Questionnaire:

1. During your youth (7'ish to 18), What did you focus on the most? What activities did you like and why? What aspect of life was lax in attention?

I was a very anxious, sensitive child. I grew out of it later though, to become someone who just didn't care about anyone else's opinions and was ready to defend myself. I constantly worried about my future; which university would I attend, what career would I end up having, etc. I think my biggest focus was probably on getting out of high school somehow. I loved books, movies, anything that told me a story basically. Music was (is?) my biggest influence. I listened to every genre and time period, and was always looking for music people hadn't heard of. I am super introverted, so I ignored socializing with people outside of my immediate friend group a lot. I feel like I should have paid more attention to others, because I didn't really care about anyone other than myself and a few friends.

2. You're in you senior year of high school (or whatever equivalent) and you are looking back over the last couple of years. What was your favorite aspect of the schooling experience and why? Favorite subject and why?

Honestly speaking, I hated school. My favorite part of it was skipping class with my friends, talking about how much school sucked and about our future. All through out high school I'd probably skipped about two-thirds of my classes. I didn't see the point in attending school or completing notes when I was a straight A student. My favorite subjects were History, Politics and Economics. I wanted to learn more about people and how they interacted with each other. I wanted to learn from other's mistakes and change the world by making it better. More than the subjects though, I cared about my teachers. If I liked the teacher, I would concentrate super hard o the subject; else I wouldn't have bothered.

3. A couple of friends call and invite you out to a restaurant. While there, you all are pleasantly conversing and one of your friends makes a comment that irked you. What are you're thoughts and how do you respond?

I mean, my friends would obviously have opinions different from mine. I would let it slide, and I wouldn't show my annoyance. If it was about something serious though, I would gently try to make my point while trying not to hurt my friend's feelings. I do believe in standing up for yourself, but not being harsh while doing so.

4. Your schooling is done and it's time to strike out into the world!! What sort of career do you want to go into and why?

Something that would make an impact. When I was younger, I wanted to change the world. Job satisfaction is more important than money to me. I would love t work with animals. I wanted to stand out in a crowd. More than anything, I wanted to help others and make a difference. I would absolutely hate a 9-5 desk job. I would get bored doing the same thing for years on end, so I would go for something that offers a lot of variety.

5. A friend is getting married and they put you in charge of the cake. You narrowed it down to two places to make an order. The first is a bakery with whom you got a good relationship with. The other is a well-known cake maker to whom everyone goes to (your friend hints to it as well). Which one do you choose and why?

Well obviously I would do what my friend wants to make them happy, even if it damages my relationship with the other bakery. It's their wedding, not mine.

6. You get into an argument with a friend/family member/co-worker. They criticize one of your personality traits. What would most likely be the focus of their critique?

That I'm super indecisive when it comes to most issues. Alternatively, that I'm bit of a doormat and let other people walk over me. But that's only because most of the time I don't really care about the issue at hand unless it affects me personally, or I don't want anything for myself. So I let people do whatever they want as long as it doesn't interfere with my thing.

7. It's New Years! You and your friends are out and about after a party. Being drunk, one of your friends suggests to do something....'questionable' (Nothing serious. I.e, drugs, escort, etc.). What are your thoughts and how do you respond?

As long as it's not too dangerous and wouldn't severely traumatize any one of us, I would go for it. I'm usually the designated driver, so I would just make sure that whatever happens, all my friends reach home safely by the end of the night.

8. A new art gallery opens up and your friend wants to go to the grand opening. Both of you analyze all the paintings and sculptures. What about these works warrants the most attention from you? Why?

EVERYTHING. I love museums and galleries. I'm more interested in reading the descriptions of everything, how the artist came up with the idea, its history, than in the exhibits themselves. I want to know more about the creator's thought processes, and whether they achieved what they wanted

9. You have been saving up and decide to buy a new car. At the dealership, you peruse the lots. What are the criteria and factors that influence your choice? Which one would initially be your main focus?

Initially, my focus would be on something that looks good. I would choose a car that I can later customize by myself to fit my needs. I love vintage cars, so I would probably go for something that looks like one. I don't mind having to regularly upkeep my car. However I would bring along someone who knows more about cars than I do, and listen to their opinions as well. At the end of the day though, it's my car.

10. Yep, you now have a kid (sex of your choosing)! Years pass and they are now 15 years old. You notice their personality traits are the complete opposite of how you were when at their age. Describe how they are. Describe the possible conflicts that would arise between both of you due to differing temperaments.

They would be very loud and sociable. They would love going to school and would probably be one of the popular, jock-types. I was the band geek who was part f the student council. They would be fixed on a singular interest and would be very stubborn. They would sometimes be insensitive towards other people's feelings. There wouldn't be many conflicts because as a parent, I would try to let them figure out their own path. I would encourage them to question everything and stand up for their beliefs. I think many of our possible conflicts would be because of either one of us not listening to the other person's thoughts.

Well that's it. Thank you so much guys!

I'd say you use Ne quite a lot, so xNxP? For now, I'm guessing INxP since you're an introvert.
