    In the company that I worked for, MBTI test was mandatory, and MBTI type was so central in assembling teams before any project that most of the people remembered you with four letters and not your name.

    What do you think how likely it would be for people to type themselves correctly when they are doing it for
    A) themselves
    B) a job

    Know what you mean.
    But the exams (plural) to trace your MBTI is done in a very scientific and serious at this (and other) company.
    Because that is really critical for success w/their clients.
    MBTI is tested and then verified with constant feedback. It's easier to come out with an ENTJ at first test and then having a feedback who says that youre more of a INTP, for example (that would mean running out of the firm)

    Maybe so. I personally refrain from using the words 'science' and 'mbti' in the same sentence
