    Default Am I 5w6 or 6w5?

Hello! I just have this problem for some time. I can't find out, if I am more 5ish or 6ish. Please, ask me something to find it out. Thanks for help!

Hello, darude11! Let's see if I can help. I'm not going to ask you whether you're more concerned about knowledge and competence or security, because likely you're concerned about both if whatever type you're not is going to be your wing and will still have influence. It seems to me that the main difference difference between a 5w6 and a 6w5 is how one reacts under stress. 5's tend to withdraw and want to get away from people to deal with their problems on their own, while 6's do the opposite by seeking out support from others. Based on this, which type do you relate to more?

If I am under stress, I usually try to solve it by myself first. If I fail (or if I am lazy), I tend to ask somebody to help me (of course if it is socially acceptable... if it is not, I will rather try to solve it by myself, no matter how complicated it is). If anybody I ask won't help me, I fall into depression from solving something for first time. I know that it might sound stupid, and that you have to solve every problem for first time by yourself, but... but if it causes so much stress, it is probably not so easily-solved problem.

    Thank you for helping me!

Also, it's the inverse for when both types grow positively. 5 assert themselves (8) while 6s go more with the flow/become calm (9).

Well, this doesn't help me that much. Even if I would be 6, I can misunderstand it, because my second type is 9.

Riso's Personality Types, p. 254 - "The general orientation of Sixes is toward affiliation with others, while the orientation of Fives is toward detachment from people so they can avoid being influenced by anyone. Sixes and Fives are both looking for safety, but Sixes look to alliances with others and commitment to systems of thought for security, while Fives tend to retreat from others and to tinker with, or even dismantle, established systems of thought."

I was commenting on points of integration for both types. When 5 are really healthy and not stressed, they will implement their thoughts/analysis into actions and assert necessary boundaries to get things done in the external world as opposed to withdrawing and staying disengaged from the world in "analysis paralysis". They look like a healthy 8. Healthy 6s become more confident in their inner authority, trusting, and become more relaxed about their anxieties like a healthy 9. Sorry if that does not help. :P

    Here's a link I find very helpful: http://sites.google.com/site/upatel8/personalitytype5

The most helpful part (that you should scroll down to right away) is the levels of development table with all the arrows. You can also go up to the top and click on type 6. I hope this helps!

I have already checked levels of development, and if I would have to determine my level, it would be 3. I really am able to master anything, that is interesting enough. Actually I am mastering Enneagram. Then, there is MBTI, and kinda Electrotechnics (for Minecraft).

All right, time to write comparasions, I have been thinking so much about for last week.

    Why I am 5:
    - I can clearly determine my level of development
    - I am in my free time looking instead of porn on sites of style "manipulation techniques". (the 2-5-8 triad, "power-seeking triad")
    - Low dopamine (see this site), I have the least stamina in third class in a row.
    - I don't think about world that it is bad. If I ever tought it, it would better mean "spoil", and it is not that forever. It became spoiled.

    Why I am 6:
    - I am not the "bravest warrior". If I ever was, it was the dumbest thing I could have done, and I am embarassed because of it.
    -
    -
    . . . only argument I have came to.
