Default ENFP or INFP? Heeeeelp, please!

Hi, I'm confused about if I'm either an ENFP or INFP... Could anyone please help me?
    Here I go...

    Pro Extroversion/ Ne-dom/ ENFP points:

    1. I'm very outspoken, I don't mind voicing my opinions.
    2. I'm not shy.
    3. I am a jane-of-all-trades, I have a wide range of interests, and know a lot about a variety of subjects, but the problem is that I end up not knowing any topic in deeeeepth.
    4. I'm talkative. And I talk in a loud voice and when become really excited (what isn't rare) it gets worse, hahaha.
    5. I don't mind being the center of attention, and I don't feel uncomfortable in these situations.
    6. I love public speaking, debates, acting, exposition of ideas. I want to be a teacher too.
    7. When I am having good times with people, I keep it going, incresing energy.
    8. I have a pretty high Te.
    9. I am not passive.
    10. I have a need to change things frequently, if not I become bored.

    Pro Introversion/ Fi-dom/ INFP points:

    1. I'm not too much sociable.
    2. I, most of the time, prefer the responding interaction style. I initiate too in some cases, but I fear rejection (past traumas).
    3. I don't like parties.
    4. I wouldn't compromise any of my values because of a whim.
    5. I hide my feelings. I prefer to "suffer" in silence and show a more pleasant face to the world.
    6. I NEED some time alone to think and introspect.
    7. I have few good friends.
    8. Although I don't mind being the center of attention, I'm not an "attention whore". I don't seek attention for it's own sake.
    9. I have a quiet behavior.
    10. I feel nostalgic, yeah...

So, what do ya think? Heeelp!

    ENFP all the way

Your Pro-INFPs are pretty normal for ENFPs, since ENxPs are the most introverted extroverts.
Your pro-ENFP are just... very ENFP :P
Your INFP 4-6 is just normal Fi

    Thanks for answering!

So, is it common to ENFP's to apper "introverted" among non-ENP's extroverts, huh?

I've noticed that there is a lot of threads about doubts between ENFP and INFP...

Have a look at the function order. It's how I decided ENFP over INFP. You can be stronger in specific functions as you've needed them in life although they might not carry your preference. But I've found that it's how you use that function, to what purpose, that helps you differentiate between the types.

Here's my analysis (warning, looots of text):

Solution: Is your dominant function Ne or Fi?

Ne = Irrational Perception Exposed to the World!
Fi = Rational Moral Criteria that are Personal to You.

    Problem solved.

Satine, I read your whole analysis. It was great! I think you had the same problem that I have: looking the order of your functions in your signature, I saw that you have your Ne=Fi, me too. In cognitive processes tests, it comes up very balanced varying little. My Te is always higher than my Si, and my Se definitely sucks. Haha...

And I know that I use both functions in a balanced way. I am a Ne addicted, what makes me appear, er... zanky, principally in my Si-dominated household. I rely in Ne so much, seeing all the possibilities, options, conneting all random ideas that I can see (about everything!), having a crazy imagination/creativity, being a jane-of-all-trades, but it makes me also doubtful and the girl that never-finishes-what-she-starts, ugh! And my Fi is the "beloved son of mommy" that I do everything to always stay with it, and it's something that I would never compromise, is the "brake" of my Ne, that never fails.

Hehe. Just mull it over, self-reflect ,and read on here, read what you can about the functions. Once you have all the pieces, they'll start falling into place. And rest asured, you're hardly the first one to contemplate this debacle, so don't let it drive you mad. I actually quite enjoyed being a hybrid nfp for a while on here

    Take a look at this...

Cognitive Process Level of Development (Preference, Skill and Frequency of Use)
    extraverted Sensing (Se) *********************** (23.8)
    limited use
    introverted Sensing (Si) ********************* (21.6)
    limited use
    extraverted Intuiting (Ne) ****************************************** (42.9)
    excellent use
    introverted Intuiting (Ni) ********************************** (34.7)
    good use
    extraverted Thinking (Te) *************************** (27.6)
    average use
    introverted Thinking (Ti) ****************************** (30.9)
    good use
    extraverted Feeling (Fe) ****************** (18.7)
    limited use
    introverted Feeling (Fi) **************************************** (40.9)
    excellent use

I think it's an indicative of ENFP...

i personally think that ENFP profiles tend to be written in a way that exaggerates the E - as it turns out, many ENFPs here are rather socially introverted. but there is a difference between social introversion and cognitive introversion. if you are cognitively more focused on external possibilities than internal feeling, then you're a cognitive extravert, regardless of how you behave socially. Fi can be a strong beastie, and can manifest with particular strength because it's a Judging function, but for an ENFP, we will "return" to Ne on auto-pilot when Fi is calmer. on the other hand, an INFP will stay intimately in touch with Fi with guidance from Ne.

    5. I hide my feelings. I prefer to "suffer" in silence and show a more pleasant face to the world.
could really be either. INFPs are less outwardly emotional in general, but ENFP tends to be outwardly positive as long as the circumstances aren't running against our sense of personal ethics, even if we're pining or whatever.

and now, i present to you a brilliant quote:

not to make any definitive calls for you, but i think that all the information you've written here points more to ENFP.
