What is Victor's type?

What Victor calls his inner life may vary greatly from what you think it means.

True. It just seems unlikely to me that an INFP would write about switching from a love of sports to loving his inner life after high school. INFPs seem more likely to be daydreamy like me from the time they were kids. My mom is INFP, and from what she has told me, that's what she was like. I get the impression one of my best friends who is INFP was like that, too.

I could be wrong. I'm not here to debate or prove anything, I'm just putting the info out there in case anyone hadn't noticed or realized.

Or is it a Fi Si loop?

Most of the points he provides are the same, repeated over and over and over and over again, which to me suggests Si. He does manage to bring and combine points of different subject together. Does that not imply Ne? So Fi Ne Si Te (INFP) he is?

Here's his statement:

I notice we are both NFP but you are extrovert while I am introvert.

Magical You

Rather than knowing my type I would like to know why my soul moves within me. What is it trying to say? Why must it hide during the day? Is it nocturnal like the possums coughing outside my window on cold winter nights?

My soul slips its moorings when I write. So perhaps it is no surprise I find writing satisfying. But where does my soul go when I am not writing? It doesn't seem to be there - it makes itself scarce. Yes, I only have to sit down for my soul to grab the keyboard.

So although I am satisfied on the keyboard, I fret my way through the day. I try to figure things out. I try to discipline myself. I even try to socialise. I make jokes and get a laugh and pat the cats and dogs. But I fret and try to fit in.

Lorca taught us that the ants start to bite the moment we wake. So perhaps I am lucky, lucky to find the ants stop biting the moment I start to write.

And all I need is someone to write to, and that someone is you, magical you.

Interesting. :) So do you write for a living? If not, have you considered it?

Victor is Lucifer and the adversary against the Typology kingdom while LEGERdeMAIN is working beneath as the Typology Antichrist.

Because both of them have highly critical minds and are bent upon destructive purposes I would guess they are rationalists and either TeNi or NiTe as well as 8w7 or 5w4.

^Some people can't find Ne in that? Imaginative, loose external associations that integrate in unexpected ways?

In my humble opinion.

Victor is perpetually caught in an Ni/Fi loop, which exhibits as a neurosis akin to schizophrenia, which is further exacerbated by his mother fixation. :smooch:

I believe to have read in the meantime that Victor once used to wear the INFP label on the forum.

IIRC, he started out as an INTP, before embracing his true iffiness.

Victor has some very strong opinions and does not hesistate to impose them upon this forum.

That to me does not seem like something a Harmonizer Clarifier or a Forseer Developer would do.

It is something that a Strategist Mobilizer or a Conceptualizer Director might do though.

Unless of course these heated debates are invoked by a burning passion within Victor.

If that is the case, then I will side with what Aphrodite says below:

Victor is perpetually caught in an Ni/Fi loop, which exhibits as a neurosis akin to schizophrenia, which is further exacerbated by his mother fixation. :smooch:

ISFP?

Although I suspect Victor doesn't care much about this subject, which is evidenced in his replies here and his view towards typology.

AGA's comment doesn't even make sense. Schizophrenics are psychotic not neurotic. And none of y'all are qualified to make these kinds of statements. It just makes you look silly/abusive.

I seem to be finding a pattern where threads I resurrect become a lot more successful than threads I start. How very interesting!

Anyway AA I can't tell is you are being funny or serious about Victor being ISFP, because if you really do mean it, he(?) does seem rather skeptical of its validity, which seems a little alien to the trust the gut mentality shared by SPs, though of course this could be another false stereotype implanted into my mind from the below thread after reading Big Z's comments:
