Yea, I think its pretty much impossible to tell from this information. There are a world of possibilities. ENTP was the very immediate thing that popped into my head and made the most sense, but at the same time wouldn't box him into it either.

These are just questions. What would cause an ENTP to withdraw for weeks or a month at a time? To stumble over words or stay silent during most debates even if they are very knowledgable?

Edited: I guess these seem on their surface very different from the expected ENTP love of debate and engagement with the world. I'm not saying ENTP is wrong, but I just want to account for the difference.

I'm not really sure, that would confuse me, too. I think this question would be better answered by ENTP's possibly in the same situation. If he is in fact an extrovert, the only explanation I could think of is social anxiety, since most extroverts like to bounce their ideas off others.

I can't tell if Jar Jar Binks is ESFP or INTP. Somebody help!

This person by the way discussed in this thread sounds like an INTP who mistyped himself on purpose just to be funny. I after all, as an IxTP think its funny to shift from INTP to ISTP to ESTP to ESFP, and tell people I am either Ti or Se dominant!

edit - btw, I HATE ESFPs!
