Default Why is my Se yoyo'ing. :D

I've made this test once every month for four months now to analyze it based on choices, situations and personal actions of that past month. Because I found the questions in it rather subjective to interpretation. And wished to see if it would change when I base my answers on different experiences.

These results seem to be average for me.

Cognitive Process Level of Development (Preference, Skill and Frequency of Use)
    extraverted Sensing (Se) ************************ (24.8)
    average use
    introverted Sensing (Si) ************** (14.7)
    unused
    extraverted Intuiting (Ne) ******************************************** (44.1)
    excellent use
    introverted Intuiting (Ni) ********************************* (33.3)
    good use
    extraverted Thinking (Te) *************************** (27.5)
    average use
    introverted Thinking (Ti) ******************************************* (44)
    excellent use
    extraverted Feeling (Fe) ********* (9.5)
    unused
    introverted Feeling (Fi) ****************************************** (42.9)
    excellent use

Ti, Ne and Fi are always high. Se is 15-35 and the biggest yoyo. Si is always fairly low. Ni and Te are pretty stable and Fe is always lowest.

Which questions in that test are actually relating to Se? I probably should have saved questions and answers too, not just results. But I suppose I was too lazy to do that.

I do not have a scientific answer for you, but maybe this helps:

My husband is definitely an INtP, with his Ti, Fi and Ne through the roof. However, he also has phases where I would swear he is IstP because his Se pokes through with a vengeance.

Perhaps this is something characteristic of INtPs? It would be interesting to see and check the feedback of others.

Because in the test you're mistaking Ti for Fi and Ne for Se?

    1. notice sensory cues
    - feel pulled to particular sensory details
    - automatically aware of where you and things are in physical space
    - notice relevant facts in a sea of data before you

    2. enjoy impulsive action
    - freely follow exciting physical impulses or instincts as they come up
    - enjoy the thrill of action and physical experience in the present moment
    - easily get in synch physically with people and things around you

    3. engage local context
    - learn all the options and activities available in your local environment
    - do a variety of hands-on activity most days going at an easy-going pace
    - become totally absorbed as you move, touch and sense what's around

    4. seize immediate options
    - quickly move to take actions to get some kind of immediate result
    - instantly read the cues to see just how far you can go
    - effortlessly vary actions to test the limits of what you can get away with

    5. sustain impactful style
    - set up people's responses and finesse an effect that makes an impact
    - impress by doing actions with uncanny skill to exceed limits and expectations
    - pull off results and get action simply by making a presence

    Do these ring any bells?

I think it fluctuates for two reasons... you experience more intense focus on Se in bursts rather than consistently, and various events in your life give you the impression of having more Se skill temporarily before other events give you the impression you have less.
