OK here are all the facts (because you know how much I love facts):

- total metrosexual
- he has 574 friends on facebook
- he is HILARIOUS
- but he is self-conscious a lot of the time
- he constantly has a new girlfriend every week
- he is lonely living alone
- there is something hidden or secret about him, like an internal sadness or something that is obvious to me
- he graduated from college
- he's always doing something outrageous
- he is definitely a feeler
- he is either very serious or outrageously playful

ESFP.

I don't know about other male ENFPs, but I'm not much of a player. This guy sounds like the breeze. He get's around. Total ESFP.

Most ENFP guys I know REALLY get around. Even more than some of the ESFPs because they can give women that "I'm deep and complex while still sensitive to your feelings" thing that SFs have a harder time with (ENFJ men also rock at this.)

there's not one single indicator he's N... except "there is something secret about him " which could simply mean he had some rough time in life, and that is not Ns-only privilage.
I'd say he's ESFP...

ESFPs guys are also good with ladies.....

ENFP. Perhaps ENFJ.

And the "self-conscious" part, remember? Besides, there are even less hints regarding a sensor personality (changing gfs has nothing to do with being an S)

ESFP. Fairly clear. Se and Fi don't always get along with each other, leading to the conflicts you mention.
