If you have openminded management the other types definitely have their place. Do you lean more towards "going by the book" or do you look for better way of doing things and do it that way instead?

Well i'm not a manager i'm a Specialist..however it's strange the company that I work for designed the property management system that IHG hotels use...however IHG has certain requirements that we have to train the front desk. So I have to do some things by the book however how I conduct training classes is my choice. So that part is nice.

In my own life outside of work I typically do things my own way

Have a look into the SP temperament, you sound like one to me.

I really needed clarification on the FP part because I work and do quite well in Corporate society...only I just work remote so I never have to go to the office haha.

Just because you are an FP doesn't automatically mean you don't do well in corporate society. You just have to try a bit harder.
