hello, hopefully a new beginning

apologies to everyone at mbti central for i have already got a welcome thread. I am still a little dazed to be honest mentally and am very tired. I am saying hello again because i am in remission from my mental illness, so thought now would be a good time for a proper greeting as i am able to conduct myself a little more orderly.
