    WELL ACTUALLY!!!! WLKR@R

There is one thing I've been meaning to replace. I had a hardcover book I bought waaaay back in the day. It was a Fathom special, (My favorite artist IS (and was ;o; R.I.P.) Michael Turner.) a shiny bluish hardcover signed by him, 300 copies made only, and it had many greedy little details for my eyes only followed by the fist 5 (I think) comics inside. It was quite beautiful, and although I still have it, my EFFIN apartment complex I lived in at the time got water damage, THEIR fault on it all (It's an enraging story, I want to spare your sentiments in my anger on it.) and the pages warped.. I had wanted to replace it, but haven't had any success locating anyone who sells it.

Agh. Of course, the one item we probably cannot get whatsoever if there were only 300 copies made. :P Especially after his death. If there were any remaining copies they're probably long gone by now, particularly if it came out years ago.

Yeah, I've been keeping up with Simon Dark too, but lately it's been a little boring. I really liked the first few issues where Simon was being inhumanely acrobatic and killing people, lol.

I'm really looking forward for Green Lantern come next fall. The Blackest Night will be awesome. Especially if DC successfully kills off Batman and he can come back as a Black Lantern. If anyone doesn't need a power ring, it is Batman.

Green Lantern was my book of choice, but now I've been getting behind on my books. College is time-consuming.

I've heard so many different things about R.I.P. I can't even begin to wonder what's going to happen. I guess it would help if I read it but after checking out the first issue in the series I knew I'd be 100% lost, hehe.

Green Lantern always seemed like a DC series I could get into (love anything space/cosmic), but I just hate not being able to jump into a series from issue #1

Issue #1 from Series 1, or Issue #1 Series 3, lol? I'm not too interested in the previous runs. I hate the art and golden/silver age heroes don't appeal to me.

I mean, you could always d/l a torrent containing all the issues.

Series 3, def. I'm really only interested in the most current incarnation. I agree with the golden/silver age thing. The themes and artwork really give it that out-of-date feel that turn me off too.

Ahh, I'm finally all caught up on my reading now I'm going to get sucked into another new series, lol.

Oh I'm already quite enjoying myself. =)

I'd post more frequently but pesky work keeps getting in the way. :steam:
