    Neurology or pathology seem like good choices, maybe internal med or psychiatry.

    INTJs tend to specialize anyway.
    They specialize where they believe they will have competence.

    Each INTJ is different and they have to follow their own heart.
    Anything that captures their curiosity and interest will be suitable once they set their mind on it.

    Surgery and pathology seem like likely choices for a stereotypical INTJ. Nobody's that one-dimensional though, so you may prefer something else. We can't really predict what you'll like.
