Default Hi and facilitating a group that all identify as an F

    Hi there,

I have to run a course tomorrow (intro) to a group whose online assessments all identify the group members as 'F's.

Am wondering if anyone has ideas for an exercise I can do to demonstrate the differneces between T's and F's when there are no T's!??

    thanks in advance,
    mpjp

It appears there will be one T there anyway.

You could do somewhat of an experiment and divide them into two groups by strength of F preference: the F group and the f group.

You could also discuss FJ and FP differences.

As for T, Fs still use Thinking. You can get them in T gear by presenting a problem that can't really be looked at personally, then a situation in which they can operate in a greater number of ways.
