Hi Jeffster - nice to meet you.

I agree - finding out what and how you can contribute is important. Not that I'm a huge people person - overcoming that introversion can be a reach...

It's tough. You should accept it since there's nothing you can do to change it. There are a few brave souls that love our type. Anyone who harasses you, can be ignored.

It doesn't seem to me that the INTJ men have any more romantic luck than INTJ women do.

I can commiserate, though. It is indeed an awkward type for a woman to be, but that's no reason to hate it. You're just different, that's all.

I have taken that damned test numerous times and INTJ classification is inescapable!

Sometimes, it seems to me I would have a much much easier life (especially in a romantic sense) if I were an INTJ man.

Look at it this way : You are special !

And that INTJ male thing..... I don't think so.

    Welcome.

Your type preference is a good thing to be used to your advantage rather than constrained by it. I know an INTJ female who is so balanced that I originally mistyped her as ENFP!

What? I like INTJ females. Please don't hate yourself cause then I'll have to hate myself for liking intj females and that would really suck.

It seems INTJ females tend to end up with INTJs by a large margin, followed by ISTPs and INTPs. Though they might be found attached to any type, there does seem to be a distinct pattern.

INTJ males are probably happiest with the same types, but due to the scarcity of females of our type we're generally limited to what is available, so we often end up with assorted intuitives (XNXX, particularly XNXPs) or ISFJs.
