I had to google Crystal Children. Would you mind elaborating on that for me?

Just the typical description of a crystal child. Not that i give much weight to these things but they are sweet. Crystal children was a term given to a certain generation of children on the Autistic spectrum, generally those who were very sensitive caring and intelligent who struggled with the world as NT's (neuro typicals) do not. I think the idea was that crystal children had a greater capacity for love and an inability to understand cruelty. It's quite far fetched in parts, most people think it's complete nonsense, the same way they feel astrology is nonsense. I like the idea of it but I am sceptical.

Some kids may be more spiritually advanced than others, but I think the New Age community takes little clues from things like that and invents stories far away from the original plot.

Ah yes, now I remember. I believe Jenny McCarthy came out a few years ago and said her son and she were indigo children, a similar thing, I believe. Of course it turns out her boy probably never had autism to begin with. Not to say that makes him any less special. She's a bit of a hack though.

I like the idea but I only buy into it so much. For an INFP I tend to be fairly grounded and skeptical of these sorts of things. Part of me wants to believe there is some unique attribute that explains why I am so different from so many others, but who am I to presume I am somehow more evolved spiritually?

Still, thanks for the compliment. Made me feel special and purdy
