Hi, I'm Doofus.
I love looking at brain functions, sociology, psychology and cultural anthropology.
Some relatively random (definitely not premeditated or MBTI biased) internet searches a few years ago led me to MBTI and then to it's related studies.
I've lurked around at least 5 different MBTI and other 'typing' forums.
I've read at least 20 different information sites and blogs by now- it's been at least three years, after all.
I belong to probably three different forums, but tend to observe way more than I write.
I am here to observe and hopefully continue to feed a love of a relatively new subject focus.
Actually, it's not the general subject but the more centralized and categorical approach that is not so natural to my brain's style.
Don't bother asking what my types are.
Every online test I take, no matter how many times, why I take them, or what my mental state when I take them, I always get a different answer.
I've read lots of different reasons and theories for this.
Feel free to guess at what I may be.
No matter how much info' we give or how many tests we take, I've been on enough forums to know and tried to solve enough puzzles to know that there's never any definite final assurance anyway...and no, that was not a 'type' hint or red herring
I'm not worrying about my specific type, anymore.
I'm just interested in the explanations of general functions like Extroverted objective versus Introverted subjective just as one specific example. This is not as my highest interest within the functions or general concepts.
