What's your degree in? Congrats! This is a good time for getting degrees...I'm just about to get my B.A.
My A.A. degree is in psychology. I'm extremely good at reading people, comforting them under stress, and love to analyze people. So I thought I would choose to get into that field. However, after networking with people, and doing a ton of research I have concluded that the psychology field is not for me. You can't get much a job with a bachelor's except social work, and that's damn sure not for me! It seems like to make any money at all in that field, you need at least a master's or preferably a PH. D. I can't afford to go to school that long and can't stand to wait that long for a career. However, since I'm only 6 credits away from an associates, I'm going to go ahead and get my A.A. in the Fall because it will look good on a resume.
After that though, I'm looking to get into the I.T. field probably since I sort of have a flare for technology. I'll probably go for an A.S. degree and in the meantime try to find some company that will pay for me to get all of these certifications that you need to have in that field. After all, the I.T. field seems to mostly focus on certificates and not as much on degrees.
welcome, I am pro-istp invasion! I see you haven't found the multiquote button yet (next to reply with quote).
Oh no, I see the multiquote button just fine...I just choose not to use it.

LOL. You can say that again. Job hunting has been sucking big time, mostly because I have no experience...or a Masters degree. I swear, they should just combine the Bachelors and Masters degrees together...God knows, everyone is in school for six years anyway.
