After some weeks lurking in corners I came to the conclusion that lurking in corners isn't really my thing. I want to get in on the action!
So I'm a 25 year old female from the Netherlands. Graduated from college last year but considering to get a Bachelor in Applied Psychology...What can I say, I love to know what makes people tick
My first introduction to MBTI came a few months back when someone asked me to fill in a test for her research about the representation of the types in our specific industry. I tested as an ENFP and got some of my friends to take the same test just for the fun of it. Then I forgot about it....
Until a couple of weeks ago when I got in to a HUGE fight with one of my friends. Never experienced anything like that before ( because I normally feel tension long before it gets out of hand and I try to solve the matter as quick & clean as possible) but this was so messy. There was shouting and screaming and he said some things that I couldnt wrap my head around. The argument wasn't really resolved because he was mad with me but would not tell me why, not then and not ever. We were however on speaking terms again but I really wanted to sort it out as soon as I understood where he was coming from.
So I talked about it with another friend ( INFJ) and she didn't get it either. Luckily I remembered the next day about the test and how he came out INTP. Just googling 2 simple words "INTP conflict" made everything so ridiculously obvious that I found a new eternal fondness of MBTI.. We had a really great talk that evening and ever since we are much closer friends than before..
I love MBTI ^^
