Thread: Hello there

    Default Hello there

    Hi,

I've been wandering and reading topics on this forum for quite a while now, since my interest in MBTI has recently been growing again. And finally I felt like joining so I did

I am a very young (19) INTP girl, though I've noticed that I'm really starting to feel comfortable with my Ne (even Fe a bit...) and sometimes even prefer to use that to solve problems in stead of Ti.

I'm interested in quantum theory, string theory, philosophy, MBTI (though I loath other personality studies because of the many inconsistencies), playing guitar, abstract photography, writing and surreal photomanipulation. I study Interactive Media and I'm in my second year now.

And.... that's about it xD I suck at these things. So, hi there!
(Oh, and I live in the Netherlands, so excuse sucky grammar)

Welcome to the forum! Another female INTP!

Surreal photomanipulation... now there's an interesting hobby. Got any photos you mind sharing?

I think its normal for INTPs to not always want to solve problems using Ti although it is the dominant function. Balance is good and makes us more well rounded.

    Thank you!

My avatar is an example of something I made, and I have other stuff uploaded here http://perzikhoofd.deviantart.com/

It is quite logical actually if you thing about it. Problem solving is (in my school context anyway) a relatively quick process. Ti is very, very slow. Using Ti it can take me days to come to a solution, expecially if I'm considering every aspect. It is nothing more than normal to resort to Ne in the quick world context.

    Welcome!

I noticed one or two of your pictures have a Magritte touch to them
