We have a weird thing going on where we are super-helpful and complimentary, but also have quite high opinions of ourselves, to the point of seeming self-centered at times. But we appreciate kindness and civility and return it in spades. At least, I do.

Are you very traditional, pure_mercury? I ask because "they" say that SJs tend to be, and I'm not, but in other ways I fit the SJ mold.

I am and I am not. I am fine with traditional gender roles and I like the old concepts of honor, civility, fair play, etc. But I am into modern technology and I like women to be my intellectual peer. I guess that I am a throwback in personality, but a modern man in world view (if that makes sense). Like an old-school early-20th Century BIG personality,

Do male ESFJs have any mortal enemies? I'd like to find a true nemesis, like a Moriarty to my Sherlock Holmes (or vice versa, I could definitely pull off supervillainy).

Opposites don't always attract; sometimes they make you wanna kill someone. You'll probably find this to be true if you go to INTPcentral whether it applies to you or one of the INTPs over there. Fortunately, for you, there's a much more diverse population around here by MBTI type.

See, I would think that it would be interesting to talk someone introverted, intuitive, etc. If they would be open enough to want to engage in conversation, anyway.
