I dont really think that E or I test very well in general, me and my group of friends believe that it depends on how you recharge your "mental energy".
For an ENFP I tend to be pretty anti-social unless im around my friends, but every single test I take I score higher than 90% on my E. But if im not around people in general for prolonged periods of time I tend to become sluggish and depressed. The exact opposite is true for my friends ArbiterDewey and Metamorphosis. They lose in energy in that situation where as if there given time to isolate them selves for about a day every week their good to socialise for a long while.

Hopefully that helps, oh and WELCOME!

Hi Seanan, it's so good to see you here. Welcome, make yourself at home.

Thanks for the warm welcomes all.

I think I'm probably just schizo. I am most content and energetic alone most of the time but then I change into this person I'm not sure I even know and talk to everyone I see... usually shopping.. just light banter really. Anyone I've first met that way would say I'm unusually extrovert. If something more serious comes up with a stranger, I might risk some input but am pretty gaurded in doing so. I don't like those strange looks.

I love getting strange looks, obviously the nose ring...lol But I hate talking to people they just annoy the hell out of me. So I tend to not talk unless first spoken.

Isn't the classic distinction the question where you get your energy from? After a rough day, what do you tend to do? Call your friends and perhaps even go out? Or lock yourself in at home, listen to some music and read a book?
Ah, simplifications can be so fulfilling

Thanks. I don't know where it comes from actually but I do know, in the situation you describe, dealing with people would be exhausting. In fact, I've said, "I don't want to talk right now" even to my loved ones in the house. I usually through on a movie or play an rpg game to unwind/re-energize.

    Seems I to me.
