    Welcome back Sim.
I'm thinking that'd be much more Se. Te would probably do something creating order and objective standards, not violence and chaos.
If you could be anything you want, I bet you'd be disappointed--am I right?

It certainly could. The idea here was that the double meaning in "I came" (i.e., "I arrived in thread" vs. "I ejaculated") is very Ni because of its interpretive ambiguity, while ignoring this ambiguity in favor of jumping to an unrelated context totally unintended by the original speaker, (i.e., "I saw" as a reference to "I came, I saw, I conquered") was very Ne because it veered off into something unrelated. It was the motivations for our comments more than the words themselves/their relationships to functions.

So I'm not entirely sure how you would fit Si into this model--maybe "I experienced"?

Te: I don't care what categories you made up for yourself or how much sense they make to you; if you can't create a test to measure it and quantify it into universally applicable standards that we can all use and all agree upon via empirical evidence, it has no objective validity and therefore doesn't matter.

Ti: I don't care what "the experts" agree is the case; for all I know, the experts might be wrong and I cannot surrender the purity of my critical thinking to the whims of any collective opinion. I refuse to accept that any idea is true or false until I have experienced its premises for myself and fit them into my own personal framework of reasoning.

See, this is why I'm kind of skeptical of peer review, alot of scientist follow the status quo and can't think for themselves. Science itself is provisional, that is one of the best things about science, but you have some old hacks in science who like to preserve the status quo and almost censor out new or esoteric theories.

I was actually going to write the whole "I came. I saw. I conquered" bit but I couldn't think of any clever and perverse reterms for the rest of the phrase.

    I came. I saw. I conked her.

    That's all I've got.

Eureka: I came. I sodomized. I conked her.

    This will not end well...
But it will at least be poetic, I suppose...

Hmm... But what if it does end well?
Then I suppose it will be a different sort of poetry, a preferable sort...
A sort I could become accustomed to...
