    Welcome.

Probably a lot of us here have taken a few tests, and a fair number of people (I think) have re-evaluated their type at least once.

I find the tests (that I've seen, anyway) inaccurate; I prefer using descriptions/overall impressions rather than the simple dichotomies to determine the most appropriate type.

I've changed from considering myself INTP to ISTP, but I'm still not completely sure that I've accurately assessed my type.

    Hello there and welcome

Good to add another ISTJ here.

Mind you, I have to say I had my doubts when you said you had forgotten your type, as ISTJs tend to remember detail very well, but I see you redeemed it all by keeping the test in a place you could find 8 years later!

Oh, if only I had organisational skills like that...

LOL Geoff! For years I thought it was ISTP!! My house is not that orderly, but I know where everything is and I never throw anything away. The difference between the P and the J is only one point. Yet I think it really is a J. I don't make "to do" lists but I really like structure and I want to always be prepared for any contingency. I am always on time for my job and any appointments and I always check to make sure I have my ATM card in hand before getting up to the cash register to make a purchase!

Once I took a shorter online version of the test and came out INTP. The N and S are also pretty close.
