    Default New EXFP

    Hi all. So for a long time I was fairly certain I was an NF, but I found that I couldn't completely relate with those ENFPs I met in real life. I was perplexed, and due to shyness came to the conclusion I was just an odd INFP. Not until recently, and by recently I mean earlier this evening, did a thought sink in for me that I'm actually quite like an ESFP. I certainly act more like them when etraverted, but I never really considered I could be one because I am absolutely positive I'm an Intuitive Feeler. Soo. I'm planning on letting my official type hang for a while but I'm pretty sure I'm actually some kind of blend btween these two types, ESFP and ENFP.
    Oh wait. You prolly don't care. Or not that you don't care but you're prolly interested in learning more about me than just my supposed typological history. sighs. Very well then.
    No my name is not actually magil, I just like that name. It's kick ass in my mind . . .*dreamy smile.* My username was actually inspired by The Beatles' song Rocky Racoon which has been stuck in my head for most of today.
    Umm what else. I'm still pretty young, in hs. but no more details than that! Chat rooms have made me paranoid. What else . . .nothing? o k den.
    Well byez, (or hello?) and I guess I 'll be seein ya'll around the forum.
    Oh and these smilies are awesome!

    ENFP/ESFP isn't too similar, although I tried to convince myself I was ESFP for a while there. I just didn't think I was "cool" enought to be ENFP. I didn't think I fit SP either, though. Which apparently makes me seem more NF.

    Welcome!

    One of my best friends is an ESFP.
    He and I are alot alike actually, but we have some distinct differences.

    In general:
    -Are you generally happy? (SP)

    -Or do you often find yourself thinking that things could be better than they are? (NF)

    What tests have you taken?

    What type descriptions have you read?

    Try these from WikiSocion, they are usually pretty bad ass:

    ESFP (Male and Female Entries, pick the right one for you)
    SEE male and female - Wikisocion

    ENFP (Male and Female Entries, pick the right one for you)
    IEE male and female - Wikisocion

    Do those clarify things at all?

    Either way, extroverted perceivers are a trip to be around. I really enjoy their company. We have a unique outlook on life and an active way of interacting with the world to accomplish our objectives. ESTP/ENTP/ESFP/ENFP all good peeps in my book.
    --------------------
    Type Stats:
    MBTI -> (E) 77.14% | (i) 22.86% ; (S) 60% | (n) 40% ; (T) 72.22% | (f) 27.78% ; (P) 51.43% | (j) 48.57%
    BIG 5 -> Extroversion 77% ; Accommodation 60% ; Orderliness 62% ; Emotional Stability 64% ; Open Mindedness 74%

    "If somebody asks your MBTI type on a first date, run". -Donna Cecilia
    "Enneagram is psychological underpinnings. Cognitive Functions are mental reasoning and perceptional processes. -Sanjuro

    Oh I can relate to what you're saying but trust me that's not what this is.

    I actually haven't taken an MBTI test in ages but when I would I would get INFP.

    haha thanks but I don't really have the time to read them right now. I will later. However, like I said above I'm pretty familiar with MBTI and the type descriptions. All of them :P
