I was studying business administration before I considered switching my major to math. Now, I am a graphic design major with business as my minor.

Hehe... that's one big reason why I wanted to go into stats.

Have you come across the statistician jokes posted on the net? I found amusement reading the bad jokes on these websites: 1, 2

    Welcome!

I noticed in your profile that you like to hike, and, because of this and my avatar, I just had to point out that if you're ever lost and need to build a fire, pocket lint makes great tinder for getting a fire going!

    *EVERYONE! Empty out your pockets!*
    *Gimme your lint!*

Thanks for the tip. I will remember to not throw away my pocket lint and to pack some of the dryer lint the next time I go.

And don't forget the socks idea. You never know when some thieving raccoon will make off with your socks, leaving you to tie leaves around your feet.

NO! MY LINT! *clings to the meager contents of his pockets posessively*
Dreams are best served manifest and tangible.

I accept no responsibility, what so ever, for the fact that I exist; I do, however, accept full responsibility for what I do while I exist.

LOL... I guess navel lint would work too, so don't forget to collect that from everyone!

I keep a 35mm film canister full of the finest vintage our dryer produces in my backpack.

*opens lid, takes a wiff, proclaims, "mmm... terry cloth, fabric softened, 2007*

Very true! A posse of 8 racoons made off with our nacho chips when our back was turned on the last family camping trip. Good thing for them that they forgot the hot salsa!
