Dear forum users,
be informed that henceforth you have a new member.
I've been wondering for some while now which of those four-letter words would describe me the best, but for the time being, just think of me as a whimsical "male INFP 4w5", which could well be the most poetic self-description I've ever written.
What got me hooked originally on this whole personality psychology thing was Fritz Riemann's "Anxiety. Using Depth Psychology to Find a Balance in Your Life", or "Grundformen der Angst" (I'm German), but the MBTI seems to provide a more accurate or sophisticated description. Also, I've listened to an interesting radio feature a couple of weeks ago about the "Big Five", and maybe I'll get into this one a bit deeper as well.
Being the inquisitive guy I am, I hope to have some interesting discussions here and maybe get a better understanding of what makes all those other personality types tick. Until then, have a nice time, and avoid eating soup with a fork.
