Hello, I'm new here!
I've come across this place for the first time only today, but decided to sign up right away because it looks much more lively here than at infpGC, not to mention much less convinced that INFPs are the best type ever created, which I find very refreshing. I like other people than myself, too!
Well, something about me: I'm a 21-year-old female from Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic (Central Europe). I study Japanese and English philology, and currently I've been re- and re-considering what job to pursue after I graduate. Recently it's become clear to me that literature (writing and translating as well as literary theory) is what has always interested me the most and what I'd truly like to occupy myself with in future, but it's a little hard to come to terms with the fact I'll once inadvertedly end up living in a box.
Besides literature, my other hobbies include movies, music (mostly indie rock), psychology (I've got oh-so-many MBTI theories not even Jung came up with!), drawing (mostly manifested by transforming my school-books into sketch-books), astrology, astronomy, spending time with my friends or just any other random pleasant activity. I used to be a huge anime freak, not as much any more though. Recently I've become very interested in fairy-tales and folklore in general and I'd love to study it into as much depth as possible, even though it bleeds my heart already that I won't be able to use it in my professional carrier (why do I always have to become an expert only over 'odd' things...?! ><;;; )
Well then, end of my novel.
