ha... well, I doubt you live with an eleven-year-old boy who is obsessed with Pokemon and whom I had to kick off his DS yesterday after 4-straight hours of "Pokemon: Pearl" or some other anime zaniness!

Guess I love to hate them. how about your favorite ?
Probably "28 Days Later." I loved the "reality" of it, it seemed plausible... as far as viral-infection-zombiation goes, anyhoo.

    Welcome! I like yellow, too.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

Here are a few things about me that come to mind :

    -I'm overopinionated
-Small talk is like a foreign language to me.
-I appear arrogant & aloof but on the inside I look like this
    -I'm self-absorbed
    -I'm intense
-I believe the world's infested by soulless & heartless zombies (they're probably just ST's really but still...).
...oh yeah, I like smileys, my dog's name is Pluto & my favorite color is yellow

    Thanks for reading. Bye now.
Hello, vince. Welcome to MBTI Central. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about MBTI or general psychology.

What do you consider small talk, and why is it difficult for you?

Why do you like yellow? Which shade?

    What's your enneagram type?

hehe..if there ever was an 11yr old in my house playing pokemon I'd kick him instead of the DC.

I thought 28 days later was a good one too. Most realistic zombie movie I know of too. I saw the sequel last week and unfortunately that was a waste of time.

Thanks for the warm welcome, all of you.

    I like dark yellow.

What do I consider small talk ? non-work related talks with my colleagues, talks when I'm buying something in a shop, initial talks with strangers, superficial talks, that sort of thing.
Why is it difficult ? I don't know. I guess I have a hard time understanding social codes. I don't draw within the lines. The fact that most people make judgements in the first 30 seconds of meeting me, doesn't help either. I don't relax easily in public. Then there's the additional fact that small talk bores me to death. I naturally talk in abstract terms, which makes people either scared because they think I'm intellectually beyond them or b. think I'm coocoo. But I'm getting used to it with growing older.

I can't recall my enneagram. I think it was 5v4 something (???). Is that even possible ? I've been looking to do that test again, so if you have a link to it, I might be able to tell with more certainty.
