Default Eh, hello (stares at feet)

Hi everyone. It's nice to "meet" all of you.

I've always felt strangely drawn to personality tests and self-analysis/reflection in general, so it was really only a matter of time before I stumbled upon the MBTI. I've taken the test a few times over the course of the past couple of years, and pretty consistently score INFJ (strong on I, N, and J, weak on F).

I suppose you could either define me as an INXJ or an INFJ (I personally see much more of myself in the INFJ description than the INTJ, and have been scoring pretty consistently that way for the past year or so).

Well, I'll keep it at that for now.

Thanks for existing (and I say that to both the website and to all of you on it)!

    Welcome.

I really wonder how many INFJ's here test as a "weak" F. Is this a common trait among us?

    Thanks!

I don't have the faintest idea about the weak F, but it's comforting knowing I'm not the only one.

I used to joke that not having a preference for F or T meant that I neither felt nor thought. I still am a bit unclear on what it really means to not have much of a preference in either direction.

Hello, shimsham. Welcome to MBTI Central. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about MBTI or psychology in general.

I identify with much of what you say. You probably are an INFJ.

Hopefully the recent downtime didn't scare you away. Wonder what caused that anyway?

What it means to me is that I am definitely an INFJ, but I can pick up on more traditional T interests & discussions fairly easily. I also analyze my feelings to bits, but that's after a slight reaction to them. Then I re-react to them after analyzation. It's a tricky thing.
