I have to admit before I write any further that I've been reading forums here as a non-member for a few weeks now. When I took an MBTI a few months ago and found my type, I started researching more about Carl Jung and Isabel Myers Briggs and personality types. This typically involved my staying up late at all hours of the night reading article after article after article. I was very interested in the MBTI. I still am.
To make a long drawn out story short, I stumbled across the typology central community, read comments/thoughts/opinions, got interested, and now I'm introducing myself to you. !!
I am an INFP with strong J tendencies. Literally. Every test I take that shows the percentage of my P/J function the ratio is always something ridiculously close like 49 to 51 or 53 to 47. After I started school, I became more of a J, but stress can sometimes make me an intense INFP. Interestingly enough, I can actually recall specific incidents in my life that have escpecially impacted me enough to mold me into the type that I am now. The INFP profile fits me so well when I first read it I was like, "Oh! Well, dang. That explains ALOT!"
...I'm drawing a blank now, so I'll end this.
I just wanted to give a big, fat hi! before I hit up some more forums.
