    Post uhmm... hi

I'm AJ... or Andria... chasingAJ... it's confusing...

Identity crisis is sort of a hobby at this point, I think I invent them when I worry that I've gotten old and boring. I'm a 25 (ahem, yes, I'm 25 and will be for years, ignore the dob in my profile) year old full time student and mother. I'm finishing my B.S. in sociology (business minor because I'd like to have a job to go along with those student loans) May '10. My amazing daughter just turned 6 and she makes my life worth living. I'm in a relationship with a soldier/firefighter/medic/opera singer Leo that's as complicated as I am.

    Lesse

    I'm a...
    Libra (Pisces moon)
INFJ (I've gotten this one pretty consistently but I don't think it's rare because everyone seems to be one)
FIVE (Never heard of this test, did it twice and was overwhelmingly a 5)
Agnostic/Spiritual/Karma/Zen/Chi kinda girl (once upon a time I did yoga but now I just wear the pants because they're comfortable)
Information junkie (as if that weren't already obvious)
Liberal Texan (which is like a Liberal but with more fiscally conservative ideals and the death penalty)

Sorry, i was trying to read your intro, but for some reason I kept getting distracted.

Always good to have another Texan around....even a "liberal" one.

Hello, chasingAJ. Sounds like you really know this stuff.

I hope you can find a job when you're done. I've heard it's really hard out there.

Anyway, it sounds like we have a lot in common... especially the information junkie, religious views, liberal, and INFJ qualities.

So, what is it you seek that brought you here?

    Nothing. Everything. Anything.

To be honest, it's just another rabbit hole with more people inside of my computer that can tell me things and (to be blunt/bordering on bitchy) when I get bored with the new information I can push the button and make them go away.

This is probably because my closest (in proximity) friend spent too much time at my house today and I decided to start planning/building Walden and wondered what personality type actually DOES that...

Oh, I totally understand that. That's probably why I like people on the computer better than the ones in real life... I can minimize them and come back to them when I feel like it.

What kind of Walden do you mean, exactly?

A cabin in the woods. Homestead. Food that's just food, fresh water (again it's a dream), people I like, sunshine, fresh air... simplicity.

Then reality hits and I know that I would lose it if I saw a snake and cry without my flat iron. People may leave me alone but if I wanted to eat I'd have to do stuff constantly and I go back and forth wondering if this would be better.

I don't like rationalized life... schedules and structure both stress me out. I hate appointments. I'm very productive and do a lot but always on my terms. I fear Max Webers "iron cage" but that's probably because I was a fast food manager before I realized that it made me hate life.
