i have lurked around for quite some time and i have already posted a few words here and there. i have also had a nice and warm welcome privately from some of the older members and it has been so sweet
i just thought i should introduce myself properly.
i'm a 27 year old estonian woman, working in science, specifically in environmental sciences. environmental chemistry and things like that. don't ask, i hate that field as i have lost a bigger picture for myself at this moment.
i've also been interested in psychology and 'what's out there' for as long as i can remember. that's why i have done yoga for years. hatha yoga (i.e. phsyical), too, but mostly meditations, dhyanas and things like that... raja and bhakti yoga. but i am an ENTP so i generally do not fit in with other 'spiritual' people much as they tend to be all F-s and load this topic with pink fluff that they concentrate on even though that is not needed at all for praciticing. so, fear not
i have also studied NLP and found that... well... logical (that's an NT speaking again, isn't it). again - my own view of NLP tends to be different from other practitioners'.
... i have no idea how it happens all the time...
i discovered MBTI a while back and happened to land here while google'ing. i was tested officially a long time ago and i turned out to be an ENTP. when i take those tests in the internet, i usually get INTP result, though. it might be because my functions no 2-4 are all introverted (the very first one is extraverted - Ne, of course)... but i have to say, the description of ENTP fits me much better and i also tend to agree with ENTP-s here.
when i found this place (specifically the NT Rationale) i was amazed... there suddenly were people who actually were thinking the exact same way as i do. so far i've been thinking i must be an alien for noticing other things than most of the world (and not noticing things they do)... or for having different things to motivate me... oh, and i have been thinking that i really can't be a woman (even though i AM and a straight one, too!).
turns out, there's nothing wrong with me, i'm just an ENTP woman...
so, here i am, exploring myself and using MBTI to expand my world. thank you people for being here and talking, i have learned so much already.
