Ohh. That is a good choice, Kingfisher

Here's my favourite detail of Klimt's The Beethoven Frieze.

nice! i like the whole vertical column of figures that that face comes from.
that column, maybe specifically that face, is to me the most positive and optimistic part of the entire frieze.

Actually, I would love for this to go off on a Gustav Klimt tangent...absolutely enthralled with his work, so provocative and sensual. "The Kiss" is the perfect graphic description of what happens when enveloped in someone's embrace...it makes me incredibly happy to look at it. I do have his other painting Acqua Mossa which I love for its ethereal qualities. So yes, I do adore his work.

Favorite detail of The Beethoven Frieze: Wow! I love the expressiveness of her hands and how her face is cupped. For some reason, I am drawn to people's hands...they convey so much to me.

I count corporations in with these institutionalized settings. Is there any help for people incarcerated there?

Javo: lol, you are so right, so many people imprisoned in their cubicles...that would drive me insane as I know I don't have the tolerance. That will be the next thing on my "to do" list!
