Wolverine is more of an ISTP, but they still give him the quick wit of an ENTP.

Interestingly, when it comes to Batman the situation is reversed. Batman has had a lot of personalities over the years, but the most common one is INTJ (the type that likes to brood by himself in the Batcave). The Joker on the other hand is closer to ENTP.
Oops! I was never much of a comic book reader. I agree with you on Batman and the Joker. The Riddler is also an ENTP.

Tony Stark in the movie version of Iron Man seems to be more ENTP, based on the trailer.

I will someday marry a man like Patrick Stewart. Only with hair.

Patrick Stewart plays him like an INTJ. The comic book version is more like an INFP or maybe INTP.

    I change my vote.

Professor X in the movie is more INFJ -- he desires to solve things diplomatically.

Magneto is the INTJ, who doesn't really care if he hurts anyone in the process.

You think he's INTJ? I think Magneto's strategy is self-defeating and my impression of INTJs is that if an approach doesn't work we'll discard it....

Actually, never mind. I take that last part back. I've seen INTJ behavior both in rl and on these posts that goes above and beyond the call of self-defeating.

What about Jean Luc Piccard? I know he's not a comic book character, but he is the main reason I like Patrick Stewart so much.
