You are forgetting our allies, the sly xNTJ heretics...

Besides, the xNTP heathens are a very special and resilient subspecie, quite unlike your Aztec priests.

    Smile Coming in Peace...

Thanks to all for the additional welcomes...especially my fellow ENFJ!

But I can't leave this thread for one minute without having attracted a full-scale brohaha. Peguy! Leave the heretics alone! No one needs inquisitions!

Runvardh, don't mind Blackmail and Peguy...they just want a duel...

But, no, I come in peace... and do mean it, nozflubber. Ah, now how to disarm the situation...

Music! What about that? Bach! I do love all types of Bach. And the "Toccata and Fugue in D Minor" would fit the madhouse created here. Just don't hit the priceless pieces of art lying around, y'all! Or if you do, cue up Louie Armstrong's "What A Wonderful World" first... No, I'm not advocating violence.

Kingfisher/Dan, I can appreciate the bombastic at times... but my realm rests in the aesthic beauty of the Baroque and other Classical areas. Harpsicord very rarely. Beethoven gets me moody, though he's goodno doubt!

I like Holst as well...his Planets suite is very otherworldly.

Blackmail, very good to hear the organ music pleases your inner self...much is lost in the world without good organ music. And to your credit, that opportunity at Saint-Sulpice in Paris sounds wonderful. To my knowledge, the closest unforgiving instrument I've played has been the piano coupled with its sustaining pedal. I'm still learning a great deal with that.

And to answer Antisocial one's question, I am perplexed with athetists. If they don't attack me, I leave them be. I have a "live and let be" attitude with that sort of thinking. I am going to refute where and when I can as I am, but I am not going to pick a fight (all the while pointing out the splinter of the other's eye with the beam in my own). What I think is the best approach is to meet each person where they are. If someone is unreceptive, then I move on. No use battling lost causes.

Thanks again for all the welcomes!

Well, you placed "Catholic" in your name so I was wondering.
But this does not mean I will attack you if you don't want to debate something.

If it is not obvious my atheism is quite expressed.

No harm in wondering. I placed "Catholic" in my username just as much as why I placed ENFJ in my username... because I identify specifically within those two constructs (among others)...

And I understand that "attack" is different from "debate." The two are not one in the same. To attack is to unreasonably question and/or tear down rather than having a civilized discussion within bounds.

And I welcome your questions. I'll answer them where and when I am able.
