So, it was merely intuition that made you think that my husband was an INTP?

Not merely intuition. It was a grand message from the great abyss of the unconscious reaches of the mind. A truth heralded with great fanfare that would put to shame any earthly ceremony. A message so great that it could not be ignored, could not be shunned, could not be resisted. The unfathomable cosmos cried out to me and said, "Yo. I think that person's husband is INTP. Have a good day." And thus, a feeling of eternal calm and enlightenment flooded over me, invaded my very essence. I knew it had to be, and my patience and faith was rewarded.

Hey lady! Nice to have another NYC member. Eric seems super knowledgeable about MBTI, so you're in good hands. Hope we'll meet you, along with Eric, later this month!!

Yes, this is the other half!
She's actually the one who got me into temperament theory through the APS system I'm always talking about, 4 years ago. She is an NCCA counselor, and started by testing me and several friends and family, and it seemed so accurate in explaining people. I soon came to learn the framework, liking its symmetry (expressive/responsive matrix). When one of our friends pointed us to the Keirsey test online at Advisorteam, I then became interested in figuring out the MBTI code and how everything corresponded. Forward to the present, I'm always walking around talking about the types and cognitive processes, also trying to explain it to her, and she became curious about the board and seeing others discuss the MBTI-related concepts.

I say she fits ESFJ, both by the descriptions of the type, by each letter, (she's defintely extraverted, sensing, feeling and judging), by appearing to me as dom Fe, and aux Si, and that ESF + SJ matches her Sanguine-Melancholy blend. Problem is, in explaining the processes she seems to relate to Se over Si (and that was reflected on the CP test as well). But hopefully, well work this out as she comes to understand this stuff more.

As for the NYC meeting, she might come if I come, and I can only come if it's when I'm off (like last time).
