Sometimes I want to strangle people and sometimes I want to kiss them.

But frankly I don't know what I am doing.

The only person I defer to is Wildcat.

I try to make the rest defer to me but really, really, with an extraordinary lack of success.

Of course I would not dare ask you to defer to me, but I would ask you to do me a favour and defer to Wildcat.

But if that is too embarrassing you could say you are just a fan of Wildcat.

Of course your age could be a problem. So I suggest you tell everyone you are entered in the oldest man in the world race.

This will give you a certain gravitas.

But welcome, welcome, to Typology Central.

Thanks for the welcome! But now I'm not sure whether to defer to you or Wildcat... It's such a dilemma. I'm glad to see that you don't need to analyze what you say Victor. That would be a nice trait to have, but I need to (over) think about what I'm going to say. And it's often for the worse. I'm glad to see such articulate writing on a forum.

    Thanks guys.
