i was searching an answer to my question and it brought me to one of your threads. and i found something interesting, i wanted to reply but i needed to register, so i thought why not?

just in case someone knows, im posting it here as well:
if you're a lactose intolerant, and you still drink milk, how much calcium do you actually intake? or do you get any calcium at all?
sorry. it doesnt bother me so much that i have tummy aches and get a little sick after drinking. i assumed i would still get enough calcium because i know i need it, im a breastfeeding mother to a 1year + girl..
i know this is inappropriate, i should be opening a different thread for this one concern of mine. but the welcome committee specifically told me to introduce myself, and i cant do that unless i explain what got me here in the first place. so i hope nobody minds what is this place anyway?
