PS As a forum newbie I'm still getting to grips with the technical stuff so excuse any innocent unofficial quotes etc - still trying to figure all that malarkey out!

Ah. Sorry. PM = Private Message.. You can access them through the quick links tab or through your User CP section on the left. Select create new, and just start typing in the name of the user you wish to PM, this will give you a drop down menu to select the exact person you want to send the message to.

Also, Social groups are sort of like off-to-the-side threads, where you can join by invite or something like that, and only those inside the social group can post.

    prplchknz: i don't like it

I know we had a thread about that recently too, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. Maybe one of the other ENFPs knows which thread I'm talking about.

Anyway, as you can see, I can definitely spit it out once I get going, I guess I'm just more reactive than proactive - common ENFP-ness??
I definitely do that too. I never have any idea how to start a conversation, but I'm fine once it gets going.

Oh it's good to know that I'm not 'speshal' in this regard!!

The people I know well probably want to tell me to STFU but those I'm still warming up to prob think I'm a boring dullard with nowt to say (my fear anyway)

hey there you...nice to meet ya!
we're such contradictory creatures aren't we...confident yet highly sensitive to others opinion's of us...open books but private about certain things...capable in many ways and big frigin' messes in others...oh well. it's interesting, isn't it?

Woot for a new ENFP. Now if only there were more of you in my "real life" (I'm getting sidetracked). Welcome to the forums. I hope you find what you seek.
