Default Hello! New to this site, but not...

I have seen this site before, I knew it was up for a long time, and such stuph. I am on INTPc sometimes (as NightCrawler). I know the MBTI, and I eat cheese in moderation. I also like Chess and computers and other stereotypical things for INTPs (philosophy, psychology, theology, etc. etc.). I live in Michigan, and I am going to CMU ... for psychology and philosophy. I am going on my fourth year this fall, but I'm still a junior.

And yes, blue is my favourite colour.

    Welcome!
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

    Hello and welcome back.

EDIT: do you do any funny tricks, because that would be cool too?

Hello, NocturnalSun. (Isn't that an oxymoron?) Welcome to MBTI Central. Another experienced member, I see.

Actually, the interests you listed are probably stereotypical for all IN__ types. I'm an INFJ, and am very much interested in psychology and philosophy.

How ironic, blue is my favorite color as well. I like it because it seems like a color of the nobility, reminds me of sapphires, and seems tranquil and soothing.

Why are you still a junior in your fourth year? Did you make some irresponsible choices or fail classes? Or is that just how long it takes to get a degree now?

What is it like in Michigan, anyway?

    Indeed.

I think it is calming, laid-back, and .... well, I like most shades/hues/tones of blue also.

I am paying my way through college myself, without loans. ... A couple grants have helped though. I had two part-time semesters due to such (lack of) funding.

    [edit]
By the way, I have almost 4.0'd 3 semesters in a row and I don't make a habit of breaking the law (not even downloading music or speeding) :P ... Irresponsible... fail classes.... pshaw.

Humid and hot, cold and wet, very cold, or just riiiiight... Lots of forest, lots of rivers, lots of hills, ...well, I guess that's a lot like most places. Except Detroit, "diversity" is pretty much non-existent. It also seems like people in Michigan go to FL for warmth, or people from FL come to Michigan for cooling (bodies of water surrounding... lots of fish, swimming, rain, etc.). That means lots of old white people.
